Wall art is available with or without custom name and number (added as a separate graphic that you add adjacent to the larger logo). If you are ordering the custom option, an email will be sent to you requesting the information.   Please be sure to provide a valid email address when ordering.

For Personalization, please enter name and/or number in the message field.  Lettering is provided in all capital letters.  Please also provide an email address in case there are any questions. Customization is provided on one side of both guards.
